FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we use a different material aside from leather?- We manufacture bags and corporate giveaways using our design and mainly leather as our material of choice. Should you have a preference on other materials, or if you would have a customized bag design, we are open to explore.
- We also accept requests for customized stamps for your leather goods. Monogramming and name stamping can be arranged. All these services are subject to a minimal production fee.
- Standard payment terms are 50% down payment and 50% full payment upon delivery of job order. We accept cash, GCash, PayMaya, bank deposits, credit card, and PayPal payments.
- Standard lead time for production is 8 to 10 weeks, subject to change depending on product requirements.
- Each collection has a minimum order requirement of 50 pieces per item to avail discounts. Other requirements and requests are subject to further discussion.
